La Epiphone EL-00 rivisita la classica era delle acustiche "flat-top" che risale ai lontani anni '30. Con la sua forma "parlor" dalle dimensioni ridotte questa chitarra genera un suono caldo e definito, perfetto per il fingerpicking e per il blues.
La tavola è in abete massello, mentre fondo e fasce sono in mogano. Il manico, con profilo SlimTaper "D", è realizzato in mogano e risulta, anche grazie alla scala corta da 24.75", molto maneggevole.
A completare lo strumento l'elettronica che consta di un preamplificatore Fishman™ Sonitone™ con controlli Volume e Tone all'interno della buca e di un sensore piezo Fishman™ Sonicore™: il suono amplificato è versatile e naturale.
