La Fender Custom Shop Eric Clapton Stratocaster è una riproduzione fedele della chitarra utilizzata da Eric Clapton in persona, realizzata dai maestri liutai del Fender Custom Shop. Le caratteristiche includono un particolare profilo del manico creato in collaborazione con Clapton stesso, pickup Noiseless, circuitazione attiva con controllo TBX e capotasto in osso.

Come tutte le chitarre del Custom Shop questa chitarra è stata realizzata dai migliori liutai che lavorano presso Fender. Oltre a questa versione è ordinabile con medi tempi di attesa ed un sovrapprezzo la versione Masterbuilt costruita dallo stesso liutaio Fender che realizza le chitarre per Eric Clapton.
