Il Fender Custom Shop da molti anni riproduce gli strumenti della Golden Era del marchio californiano. Questa, in particolare, è una replica di una Stratocaster del 1956 con qualche piccolo aggiustamento tecnico per renderla più suonabile, come i tasti Sanko 6105 ed il radius da 9.5".
Lo strumento è arricchito da uno stupendo manico in acero occhiolinato, rifinito con una colorazione Light Tint.
