La Epiphone Sheraton II PRO consta di una struttura con blocco centrale in mogano e corpo in acero laminato per donare allo strumento il timbro vellutato di una chitarra jazz ed il sustain di una chitarra solidbody.
La tavola "arched" è realizzata in acero laminato, mentre il manico è un 5 strati in noce e acero. A generare il suono sono una coppia di pickup Pro Bucker Humbucker controllati da una coppia di volumi (push/pull), due toni e dal selettore a tre posizioni. Il ponte è il tradizionale LockTone Tune-O-Matic con tailpiece stopbar per un sustain superiore.
